VP of Sales
Mike has over 23 years of global enterprise experience and is equally comfortable with helping build world class teams, in turnaround situations, and helping to bring order to chaos.
In his role as Vice President of Sales at 2nd Watch, Mike is responsible for global sales, sales operations and customer account management. Prior to joining 2nd Watch, Mike spent thirteen years at Microsoft, where he held a number of different roles from Technology Strategist to managing the company’s Capital Markets Business and Enterprise Partner Channel for the East Region. Mike’s teams were widely viewed as high performing, growing their business by double digits every year during his tenure. Mike was part of Microsoft’s prestigious Leadership Development program for a number of years, which helped develop and mold his leadership style.
Mike has spent time at Warner Lambert, a Global Pharmaceutical Company, where he had responsibility for the company’s Global ERP and Treasury Systems implementation and rollouts. Prior to Warner Lambert, Mike was with Solomon Brothers, a large Capital Markets firm, where he helped build out the Asset Management business, streamline the operations and establish Technology Integration with key partners. Mike started his career at Alliance Capital managing its quickly growing Asset Management business, managing a team of Financial Analysts and Accountants.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University, a Masters of Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Seton Hall University. Mike also holds certifications in both Six Sigma and ITIL.
